Returning items to Craig Elliott Gallery is simple and easy. There are 2 basic conditions under wich returns will be accepted.

1. Damaged goods due to transport (US mail/ UPS etc.)
2. Dissatisfaction of merchandise upon reciept.

Under case 1, an exact replacement product will be sent to you IF you send a TRADITIONAL PHOTO of the product focusing specifically on the damage (no digital photos please) within 30 days by mail to:

Under case 2, Product must be mailed back to Craig Elliott Gallery in it's original packaging and state with an address to send a refund to . A check will be mailed to that address witnin 30 days upon receipt of rejected product. Mail product to:
